Who is this group for:
People who are actively struggling or in the early stages of recovery
Parents supporting a child, teen, or adult child
Partners or close support people
What this group offers:
This group focuses on helping people understand what’s really going on and how to
respond in ways that support recovery rather than reinforce the eating disorder.
The aim is clarity, confidence, and practical next steps.
Participants leave with:
A clearer understanding of the eating disorder and how it operates
Tools to reduce power struggles and fear
Greater confidence in how to respond — as an individual or as a parent/support person
A stronger sense of momentum, even when motivation is low
How it works
