This once-a-month online group is a supported space to practise cooking and eating — in the safety of your own home, alongside others who understand how hard this can be.
We cook the same recipe together, step by step, in real time. There’s no pressure to be perfect or confident. The focus is on staying present, practicing nourishment, and gently working with the thoughts and feelings that show up around food.
After cooking, we eat together. Not to perform or compare — but to practise being with food in a way that feels supported, human, and less overwhelming.

You’re invited to show up exactly as you are. Cameras can be on or off, and support is woven in throughout the session.
