Collective Hope Live New Zealand

NZ$0.00

Collective Hope. It’s the start of a movement. A movement to break the silence around eating disorders and body image struggles, and to remind every person that full freedom is possible.

Collective Hope Locations:

Please note that unfortunately this year we have had to move all of our in person events to one online event.

After lots of planning, dreaming, and imagining what this event could become, we are so grateful to have so many voices from across Aotearoa being woven into Collective Hope. We truly believe it is going to be a powerful moment, one that brings hope, understanding and makes recovery feel possible and even make sense to those who are struggling.

The event will be live-streamed on YouTube on the 18th of August at 7pm and the link will be posted onto our website on the day.

Collective Hope is not about just one story; it is about many stories coming together to bring hope and to light up the battle. It is about the story of Aotearoa.

We know there are still so many people struggling, often in silence. T

Aotearoa — the land of the great long white cloud.

What if the white cloud represents a clean slate for our nation?
What if it represents healing?
What if it represents a purity where shame no longer has a place to live?

What if this is a moment where hope rises, stories are shared, and healing begins?

There was a time when Eating Disorders didn't exist in Nz and I wonder if this could somehow happen again.

Collective Hope - it’s the start of a movement. A movement to break the silence around eating disorders and body image struggles, and to remind every person that full freedom is possible.

This night is for everyone; those in the struggle, family and friends walking beside them, and professionals who want to see change.

We believe hope is infectious. When one person dares to hope, it spreads. It sparks courage, shifts perspective, and shows us that there is another reality beyond the battle. Together, we can carry that hope further than any one of us could on our own.

The evening will bring stories of real journeys, creative expression, and an honest panel conversation with Q&A. But more than a program, it’s an encounter. A place where hope takes root, multiplies, and becomes something bigger, a collective movement.

This is only the beginning. From this night, we want to see hope flow into workshops, communities, and everyday lives, until it becomes something unstoppable.
